Hello readers!
I´m feeling good! I did 12 miles power walking today. Yay! After a hard walking day, this helps a lot. The best thing is that I can do my workout right here, in my little bedroom folowing the steps of Leslie Sansone´s “Walking Away the Pounds” video and my husband can watch me and motivate me. This is very important.
