Hello readers!

Hope you´re all well, enjoying the weekend.Enjoy-the-Weekend

By the way, this is my Sunday and I am having a reasonable good day.

Woke up about 7:00 AM and spoke to my husband.

Then I did 10 miles “Walk Away the Pounds” workout.Ao6aZ

After that, I went to Hortifruti (this is a fruit, vegetables market which is the best over here) and bought coconut water, pineaple mint juice, orange carrot beetroot juice and açai banana orange juice. Also bought plum yogurt, peach yogurt and a apple/banana/pawpaw yogurt. Last but not least, I bought a green salad (really beautiful with cherry tomatoes in it).white-chocolate-opera3

So… I came back here and had a shower. Ate the salad and had the peach yogurt and the orange carrot beetroot juice for lunch.

Well, when you look after your body, your health, life becomes better (even if I am missing my husband so much, I feel like crying).cupcakes-chocolate2

Anyway, besides doing a avarage 10 mile power wlaking everyday, I started kundalini yoga. I am really enjoying it. Yoga is powerful. Anybody could

Another things that I´ve been doing is reading the Twilight series (Grade 9 Up–Recovered from the vampire attack that hospitalized her in the conclusion of Twilight (Little, Brown, 2005), Bella celebrates her birthday with her boyfriend Edward and his family, a unique clan of vampires that has sworn off human blood. But the celebration abruptly ends when the teen accidentally cuts her arm on broken glass. The sight and smell of her blood trickling away forces the Cullen family to retreat lest they be tempted to make a meal of her. After all is mended, Edward, realizing the danger that he and his family create for Bella, sees no option for her safety but to leave. Mourning his departure, she slips into a downward spiral of depression that penetrates and lingers over her every step. Vampire fans will appreciate the subsequently dour mood that permeates the novel, and it’s not until Bella befriends Jacob, a sophomore from her school with a penchant for motorcycles, that both the pace and her disposition begin to take off. Their adventures are wild, dare-devilish, and teeter on the brink of romance, but memories of Edward pervade Bella’s emotions, and soon their fun quickly morphs into danger, especially when she uncovers the true identities of Jacob and his pack of friends).p01hdk9g

I finished Twilight book and now I am reading New Moon. No wonder its so sucessful. The story is great. So, the first book is Twilight (The Twilight Saga, Book 1), the second is New Moonthe tird book is Eclipse and the fourth one is Breaking

2) Raw Food/Real World: 100 Recipes to Get the Glow
, by Matthew Kenney & Sarma Melngailis (Top New York chef and restaurateur Matthew Kenney and his partner, Sarma Melngailis, had been thinking of opening a Moroccan restaurant. But one night they were invited to a raw food restaurant — and it changed their lives. They instead opened Pure Food and Wine, a restaurant devoted to creative, tasty raw food, and it has been drawing rave reviews. Dishes such as Zucchini and Green Zebra Tomato Lasagne, Golden Squash Pasta with Black Summer Truffles, and Dark Chocolate Ganache Tart with Vanilla Cream have given raw food a sexy new appeal. The decision to go raw was shocking at first for these two ex-carnivorous chefs, but they soon found that preparing and eating raw food made them and their guests feel their physical best. Melngailis noticed a difference almost immediately — “Light, clean, natural, and alive foods make you feel light, clean, and more alive. And sexy.” This new way of life has changed their outlook on eating and cooking and connects them to the world around them. As Kenney says, “Raw foods and the lifestyle associated with it are so compelling and complex that we will be forever learning and growing. Already it seems that we have discovered some of the magic that life offers.” In this lushly photographed book, Kenney and Melngailis share some of that magic — and show that preparing and eating raw does not mean bland, unsatisfying, or impossibly time-consuming meals. Using dehydrating, Vita-Mix blending, a nuanced understanding of spices, and unprecedented creativity, they explore a whole new outlook on raw food that transfers beautifully and easily from their kitchen to yours — no matter what your present diet. And you’ll immediately begin to reap the benefits of healthful, delicious, life-giving raw food.)Sapops

3) Ani’s Raw Food Kitchen: Easy, Delectable Living Foods Recipes
, by Ani Phyo (A cookbook dedicated to raw food appears oxymoronic to the uninitiated, but people who aim to pursue a raw vegan diet soon realize that eating uncooked foods involves more than simply chomping into whatever sits on grocers’ produce shelves. Phyo shows how to create more complex flavor harmonies. Nutmeats of all sorts serve as a basis of many recipes, offering a spectrum of uses from cheese substitutions to pie crusts. Dates stand in for the sweetness less healthfully derived from refined sugar. Raw zucchini strips mimic fettuccini. A close reading of the nutritional analysis for each recipe reveals the high levels of dietary fiber this diet introduces. Although most of Phyo’s ingredients are readily available, she does occasionally call for unfamiliar items such as liquid aminos, a replacement for soy sauce. Phyo also provides recipes for raw vegan dog food. Illustrations consist mainly of photographs of the author)little-cakes

4) Living Raw Food: Get the Glow with More Recipes from Pure Food and Wine

Cool down with a Cucumber-Mint Gazpacho Soup and an Heirloom Tomato Salad with Caper Emulsion. Surprise your family with a raw Thanksgiving dinner, complete with ‘Dark Meat’ Portobello, ‘White Meat’ Large Oyster Mushrooms, Stuffing, Mashed Celeriac, Cranberries, and Brussels Sprouts. Satisfy your sweet tooth with a Vanilla Pear Pudding and Mexican-Chocolate Brownie with Sweet Tamale, Hibiscus Cream, and Avocado Gelato).delicious-treats

10) Detox for Women: An All New Approach for a Sleek Body and Radiant Health in 4 Weeks2241264442_bfee15faba
, by Natalia Rose (Women long for the kind of beauty and health that can only come with clean cells. Yet many women find detox plans difficult to follow and are disappointed with the results. And I MISS my husband soooooo much.1-20131012_171523

I will be going to NZ next September and already booked my plane tickets. I will be flying Lan Chile next time. I had a terrible time with Aerolineas Argentinas on the way back. 14They are terrible. I am always terribly broken hearted everytime I have to come back to Brasil and I dont need anything else to make me feel even worse. The Argentineans are so rude and stupid! They probably hate Brazilians.74a5c429794fb27ea663fcd58f1069c0

I will book Cam´s plane tickets for him to come over to Brasil at Xmas time as soon as I can and I will get my travel agent to check how much it will cost both Lan Chile and Aerolineas. I dont want him to go through the hassle I went through. Besides, I suppose Argentineans probably hate kiwis as well. Bastards!!Afternoon_tea_and_champagne

I have this bad and painful headache since last night and its awful. But still I will try to do my Walk Away the Pounds exercises. It makes me feel so much better. After a month and a half not doing it, I decided to do it again yesterday and did 10 miles! Feel good about it. Now I will do it everyday. The exercise also motivates me to eat much better.  leslie Sansone is a genious. I LOVE her DVDs. I recommend them to everybody. You cant go wrong.cranberry-lemon-scones-recipe-2-size-3
